The Story Behind UPSC AI

If you have ever prepared for the Civil Services Examination, you already know how overwhelming it can feel. Thousands of pages to memorize, daily current affairs to track, answer writing to practice, and the constant feeling of preparing in isolation.

For years, the standard advice was that to crack UPSC, you had to move to Delhi, spend ₹2 Lakh to ₹3 Lakh on coaching fees, pay high room rents, and wait three weeks just to get a single Mains test copy checked.

We started UPSC AI in March 2023 because we strongly believed that technology could change this. A dedicated student studying in a small town or village in Bihar, Assam, Maharashtra, or Kerala should have the exact same high-quality answer evaluation, syllabus search, and mentorship as someone sitting in a top coaching classroom in Delhi.

How We Grew (March 2023 to Today)

March 2023The Beginning

Built India's First UPSC AI Model: We created our very first specialized engine trained strictly on standard NCERT books, the official UPSC syllabus, and 10+ years of previous papers to ensure answers are factual and accurate.

Late 2023Mains Evaluation

Solved the Answer Checking Problem: We launched instant checking for handwritten Mains answers. Students could now upload a photo of their answer copy and receive structured feedback and marks in 60 seconds instead of waiting weeks.

20241 Lakh+ Community

Added MCQs & Daily News Summaries: Over 100,000 students joined the platform. We launched 25,000+ adaptive Prelims MCQs and daily 6 AM PIB and newspaper briefs for quick morning revision.
